It is imperative that you keep a record of each time you are subjected to any kind of disturbance from the Wind Energy Facility. Call FPL’S HOT-LINE  (866-223-4808) and the County  Planning and Zoning Office (815-895-7188). Without these calls on record, there is effectively no complaint. Do not hesitate to contact other persons or organizations listed below as you see fit, in order to register your complaint.
