The first order of new business was petition no. 08-P-1458, by FPL Energy Illinois Wind, LLC, PPN# (see original petition), located in Alto Township and Willow Creek Township, requesting Special Use in Ag-l zones for the purpose of wind energy conversion systems. The parcels are currently zoned Ag-l, Agricultural. The order in which the public hearing was to take place was presented by Chris Henkel:
